Graduate Support

The Hope Partnership Graduate Support Program is committed to providing a holistic support system for all graduates. By fostering genuine, long-lasting relationships with alumni and their families, our program is designed to facilitate a smooth and successful transition into high school and college, and develop responsible, and civically engaged members of the community.


The graduate support services at Hope Partnership begin in 5th grade, and continue through high school, college placement, and beyond. By Maintaining ongoing contact with graduates, organizing social events that provide alumnae the opportunity to re-engage with current Hope middle school students, and opportunities to reunite with their peers, we aim to invest in our graduates generationally.

Our Holistic Approach To Graduate Support Includes:

  • Weekly tutoring and monitoring of academic progress through high school.
  • Providing help & access to resources that will support alumnae academic and social needs.
  • Daily study halls and afterschool snacks/meals
  • Teen Relationships and Conflict Resolution Weekly Workshop
  • Monthly events, trips, and workshops
  • Collaborative support with high school administrators and Guidance counselors for academic and social support with Hope graduates
  • Transportation
  • Work ready & Job Application Assistance
  • College Visits
  • Daily access to Quint Center Library & Graduate Support Lounge computers and printers
  • Community Service and Internship opportunities

Our program focuses on successfully transitioning students into quality high schools that meet their potential. At Hope, we offer assistance in choosing and being accepted into high school, academic and social support for students throughout their high school years, and aid in choosing, applying for, and meeting the requirements for college acceptance or successful entry into the workplace.

  • High School Information Workshops (notetaking, conflict-resolution)
  • Assistance with selection, application, registration, and enrollment process
  • Guidance with Financial Aid & Scholarship Applications
  • One on One Student & Parent meetings
  • Visit to the Philadelphia Annual High School Fair
  • Organizing Student Shadow days and Campus visits at various Philadelphia High Schools
  • High School Visits from Admissions Counselors to Hope Partnership 7th/8th graders
  • Mock-Interview sessions with Admissions Directors
  • Transportation to shadow days and testing
  • Annual High School Placement Family Education Night
  • Scholarship funding for students who wish to attend private, tuition-based schools
